Northern York Aquatic Club's Jack Brenneman, a standout for Cumberland Valley High School, came off of an impressive weekend in the Capital Area Swim League postseason.
Brenneman, who captured a District 3-AAA title in the 100 butterfly during the high school season, finished first in the 50 backstroke and 50 butterfly at Sunday's CASL All-Star Meet in York.
Seth Wenner, one of Brenneman's Cumberland Valley teammates, added to NYAC's solid performance with a win in the 50 free. Wenner and Brenneman also teamed with Shane Hallett (Boiling Springs grad) and Liam Handley (Northern) to win the 15-19 boys' 200 medley relay.
The top eight finishers in individual events and the top four relay finishers from CASL All-Stars advanced to Saturday's Mid-Cap Superstars Meet at Hershey.
Hallett chipped in a win in the 50 breast, while Ben Johnston won the 100 IM and Josh Clarke grabbed the 100 free.
