HIGHLIGHTS

-Northern swimmers are all over Tuesday's top performances after a huge non-league victory over Schuylkill Valley. Both teams figure to be in the mix for a team title later this season in the District 3-AA Championships

-Ryon Myers' 5:28.53 in the 500 freestyle was a season best time for the Herd standout in Carlisle's win over James Buchanan

-Trinity picked up a non-league win over Mechanicsburg. I would love to have seen Mark Panas' .31 second win over Charles Hill in the 100 butterfly.

-For the second time in as many week's, Lower Dauphin grabbed first and third in the 400 freestyle relay to close out a meet, this time downing Boiling Springs 87-83.

-Nathan Smith and Sam Martin both had solid swims on Senior Night in Susquehanna Twp.'s Mid-Penn Keystone win over Bishop McDevitt
