Forty-seven relay teams from 17 midstate schools will be competing in the Penn Relays, held at Penn's Franklin Field April 24-26.
The qualifying heats of the all the girls' relays will be held on Thursday, April 24. The qualifying heats of the boys' 4x100-meter and 4x800 relays will be held Friday, April 25, and the 4x400 relays on Saturday, April 26.
In addition to being separated by gender, both the 4x100-meter and 4x800 relay events are also separated into large school and small school events. However, there is only one classification for 4x400, encompassing all squads.
