Isaiah Kearns belted a solo home run in the top of the first and the Huskies used a 3-for-4 performance by Gage Reeseman to undercut the host Eagles. Kearns even chipped in a RBI single in Mifflin County's two-run fifth, helping reliever Heath Hidlay notch the win. Hidlay fanned four in three relief innings. Jack Legore, Mitchel Lacey and Jordan Frazier tagged two hits apiece for Cumberland Valley, which stranded a runner in the last of the seventh. Eagles pitcher Christian McClure, who scattered six hits and walked four, shouldered the loss.

Jeff Allen completed a five-hit gem with 10 strikeouts Monday. Plus, the game-winner smacked three hits to lead the Wildcats. Allen and teammate Cody Burnett each banked RBIs. The Wildcats belted 11 hits in all and ran away from the host Trojans with a three-run sixth. Kevin Kremer's two hits, which included a solo jack in the second, wasn't enough to pull Hershey through.

The Blue Raiders put their fate in the hands of Zach Sims, who didn't disappoint. Over seven innings, Palmyra manufactured a single hit against Sims, who struck out 11 in the win. Sims also posted Middletown's lone run, racing home on Brett Altland's fielder's choice in the second inning.

With two away in the bottom of the seventh, an Aliver Delgado-Martinez grounder to second was just enough to score Nick Miller with the Spartans' game winner. Miller finished with three RBI and hoisted hurler Jimmy McDonnell to victory. The latter overcame seven errors behind him by firing a four-hitter.

Andy Speck ripped three hits and Shane Smith chipped in a pair of RBI for the Blackhawks, up 6-0 after two complete innings in Cove. Speck also drove in two runs. Winning pitcher John Daum did his part, limiting the Lions to five hits over seven workmanlike innings. Robbie Thompson and Kyle Remig tallied two hits each for Camp Hill.
