Hershey scored 478.5 points to win the Mid-Penn boys' swimming meet, which ended on Saturday at Cumberland Valley.
State College was second with 348.5 points, and Cumberland Valley was third with 345.
Austin Doss won the 100-yard backstroke and was the lead leg of the winning 400 freestyle relay for the Trojans.
"I came in thinking there were going to be a lot of people tapered, a lot of people rested," Doss said. "I just wanted to race the people next to me, put up good times and have fun."
Doss won the 100 backstroke with a 51.94.
"My plan was just getting my arms moving and have good underwaters," Doss said. "A 51.9 in a MP Meet when I'm not rested is pretty decent."
He combined with Will Drexler, Zach Ceneviva and Zach Luttrell for a 3:10.66 in the 400 freestyle relay.
Both Drexler and Luttrell surpassed the meet record in the 500 freestyle. Drexler finished first with a 4:39.66 and Luttrell was second with a 4:40.06. Drexler had a two-length lead midway through the race that held up to the last 50 yards. Then Luttrell cut into the lead but never caught Drexler.
Jack Kushner also won for the Trojans, taking the 100 breaststroke with a 1:00.18.
Although Hershey won the meet and eight of the 11 events in the pool, there were some areas that the Trojans did not excel at.
"They're on pace," Hershey head coach Greg Fastrich said. "The district meet is still three weeks out so they're still training. Some of the guys on the outside of districts didn't do as well as I had hoped, and probably not as well as I had hoped."
Jacob Deckman of Cumberland Valley won his second gold medal of the meet by taking the 100 freestyle with a 47.70. Deckman had won the 200 freestyle on Friday.
