Some highlights from Saturday's games involving Lancaster-Lebanon League and CCAC teams...

Columbia 56, Lancaster Mennonite 51: Haaji Michael (16 points) and Marqel Wansley (14) shared 30 points, and the host Crimson Tide (7-3, 4-1) held off a late charge from the Blazers (7-3, 4-1) in this pivotal Section 4 showdown. Matt Hess scored 16 for Mennonite, which sliced an 11-point halftime deficit to two. But Mikey Rider blocked a late shot attempt that could have really made things interesting, and Jared Helton sank a pair of free throws to seal it for Columbia.

Hempfield 57, Cedar Crest 42: Dominating the first and fourth quarters, the host Black Knights (7-2, 5-0) cooled the red-hot Falcons (9-2, 4-1) in a Section 1 battle. Tyrell Wickersham sank 10 of his 12 free throws en route to a game-high 18 points, and he was joined in double figures by Jordan Hagel (11), Dylan Bleacher (10) and Brandon Criswell (10). Andrew Eudy scored 13 for Crest, which was outscored 20-7 in the first and 24-16 in the fourth as its seven-game winning streak was snapped.

Moore drilled four 3-pointers and finished with a career-high 19 points as the Pioneers (8-2, 4-1) dropped the host Raiders (4-5, 2-3) in an afternoon Section 3 contest. Moore scored 14 of his points in the second half after L-S rolled to a 25-11 advantage in the first half. Collin Shank added 15 in the victory, while Colton Lawrence scored 11 to pace Elco.

Lebanon 59, Solanco 50: Jorian Ginnetto (16), Jahlil Ortiz (15) and Blayde Reich (11) all reached double figures as the host Cedars (8-2, 4-1) remained in first place in Section 2 by easing past the Golden Mules (3-6, 0-5). Zack Leonard's 21 paced Solanco.

Manheim Twp. 53, Penn Manor 39: Trailing by eight at intermission, the host Blue Streaks (4-6, 3-2) reversed fortune with a dominate second half (33-11 ownership) to zap the Comets (4-6, 2-3) in a Section 1 showdown. Seth Brewer blew up in the second half en route to a career-high 34 points. He scored 13 in the third quarter alone. Nick Lord's 12 topped Penn Manor.
