The skinny: Former unbeaten West Allegheny became the latest victim of top-ranked Cathedral Prep, which shutout the WPIAL champion 28-0 in quarterfinal action. The decision forced a Prep-Bishop McDevitt rematch of last year's Western Final. The Crusaders, who upended ninth-ranked Manheim Central to claim their fourth straight District 3 in Hershey on Friday, will look to settle the score in Clearfield, where Prep claimed a 38-3 triumph in 2012. … New No. 5 Berwick nicked up 10th-ranked Clearfield in the quarters 44-7, so a date with 2011 champ Archbishop Wood is on deck. Wood took out District 1 challenger Academy Park 42-14 in Philadelphia.
