Pump N Run, the U-16 outfit skippered by Joe Proctor that capped its AAU hoops season with a second-place finish at last weekend's adidas Super 64 tournament in Las Vegas, reaped yet another reward Thursday following its splendid effort in the Nevada desert.

Turns out the Harrisburg-based club finished No. 14 in the final set of rankings generated by Indivisible Hoops — Pump N Run is part of the Advanced Hoops organization — an online outfit plugged into basketball's spring/summer scene and then some, that's put together rankings for four age groups (U-17, U-16, U-15 and U-14).

Those Pump N Run players who made the journey to Las Vegas included Jahaad Proctor, Dejour Williams and Steve Olson of Harrisburg, Joe Marshall and Nehemiah "Bud" Mack of Susquehanna Twp., Jaki Bowman of Steel-High, Jahaire Wilson of York, Ty Gibson of Reading and Omar Little of suburban Williamsport's Loyalsock Twp.

Only Mack is a rising sophomore. The others are rising juniors.

Compton (Cal.) Magic, which defeated Pump N Run 63-56 in the Las Vegas tournament title game, finished third in Indivisible's final rankings. Wisconsin Playground Warriors, which Pump N Run defeated 64-57 in the Vegas semifinals, checked in at No. 18 in the final listing.

Team Philly, which features 6-8 Penn State verbal commitment Michael Watkins and Sean Lloyd of Haverford School, wound up two spots above Pump N Run in the U-16 rankings.

No other Pennsylvania-based groups were recognized at the U-16 level — or in any of the other age groups evaluated.
