This year's Mid-Penn Conference boys' lacrosse All-Star team featured plenty of balance with nine schools represented on the first team.
Four schools - Hershey, Carlisle, Palmyra and Central Dauphin - led the way with two first team selections apiece. Hershey, Carlisle and Central Dauphin all made the District 3 playoffs with the Trojans and the Thundering Herd qualifying for this week's PIAA playoffs.
