LANCASTER - The first of the season-ending Big Three track and field meets is in the books.
Well, almost.
The L-L League championship is 99 precent finished.
Rain on Saturday afternoon pushed the completion of the boys' pole vault finals back to Monday at 4 p.m. at Hempfield.
While an individual winner will be crowned, the team points race has already been settled.
Ephrata's girls' team and Hempfield's boys' team are your league champs.
Here is the complete list of winners from the L-L League finals ...

4x400 relay - Ephrata (Andrea Castillo, Mary Witmer, Kelly Liebl, Jordan Crills) 4:01.71
4x800 relay - Hempfield (Maris Kurcina, Kelsey Nolan, Bri Thomas, Maria Yoder) 9:44.64
* Not one, not two, not three but four gold medals for Ephrata's Mary Witmer, who helped the Mountaineers win their first L-L League girls' championships. She was a big favorite in the hurdles and triple jump, and ran the second leg for Ephrata's winning 4x400 relay team.
* Hempfield's hopes for winning a team title when sprint specialist Sarah Helgeson - who won the 100, 200 and 400 last spring - scratched out with a leg injury. Her qualifying times are safe for Districts, but she'll need top-notch times there next weekend to qualify for States.
* Greta Lindsley went 2-for-2 in the distance events, winning the 1,600 and the 3,200. Looks like she's in tip-top shape heading into Districts.
* No record, but a shot put crown for Cocalico standout freshman Emily Stauffer. One week after setting the Eagles' girls' program mark with a 43-10 in the Blue Streak Relays at Manheim Township, Stauffer chucked the shot put 41-9 1/2 to win in her L-L League finals debut. Gotta believe she'll make a serious run at winning three more league golds during her time in Denver.
* Nice meet for Ephrata's Kelly Liebl, who earned three gold medals. She took the 200 crown and then helped the Mounts win 4x100 and 4x400 titles. Liebl was the anchor in the 4x1 event.
* Here's a name to remember: Meredith Newman. Manheim Township's freshman middle-distance specialist zoomed to victories in the 400 and 800, and appears to have a very bright future ahead of her. Newman won the 400 and the 800 earlier this season in the 12th Bruce Dallas Invitational at Cumberland Valley, so she's used to the big stage now. Anxious to see how she handles the spotlight at Shippensburg next weekend.
* Garden Spot dominated the throws, with Danita Sauder winning the disc (113-4) and Maddy George taking the javelin title (125-5).
* No Helgeson, but three wins for Hempfield: Danielle Bland won the 100, Danielle Poletti repeated as pole vault champ and the Knights' 4x800 relay team won gold.
BOYS
100 - Denzel Pierre, Cedar Crest - 10.89
200 - Tory Long, Hempfield - 22.44
400 - Joe Vedilago, Northern Lebanon - 50.10
800 - Austin Stetler, Penn Manor - 1:58.48
1,600 - Harrison Schettler, Penn Manor - 4:20.19
3,200 - Harrison Schettler, Penn Manor - 9:39.36
110 hurdles - Chance Post, Conestoga Valley - 14.57
300 hurdles - Chance Post, Conestoga Valley - 38.64
High jump - Tyree Ballenger, McCaskey - 6-6
Long jump - Austin Haas, Garden Spot - 21-9 3/4
Triple jump - Ed Moore, Columbia - 42-10
Shot put - J.D. Aument, Hempfield - 52-2
Discus - Marcus Disbrow, Northern Lebanon - 149-9
Javelin - Cole Proffitt, Manheim Central - 204-1
4x100 relay - Cedar Crest (Peter Groff, Damon Edwards, Jared Brandt, Denzel Pierre) 43.44
4x400 relay - Elco (Shawn Gordon, Brad Hartman, Kyle Keefer, Robert Schultz) 3:24.59
4x800 relay - Cedar Crest (Chad Bomgardner, Jordan Cruise, Jared Glosser, William Bragg) 8:01.31
* Lebanon County dominated the relays, with Cedar Crest earning a pair of golds. Denzel Pierre, the 100 champ, anchored the 4x1 winning team for the Falcons.
* Something about Conestoga Valley and the hurdles events. One year after Robbie Cardina dominated in the hurdles, the Buckskins' Chance Post swept the 110 and 300 hurdles in the league finals. Impressive.
* Penn Manor distance king Harrison Schettler was also a double winner, taking gold in the 1,600 and 3,200. He took a back seat to former Lancaster Mennonite standout Jared Schatz last spring. This spring, Schettler has put the pedal down. Next up: Districts.
* Break up the Vikings. A pair of individuals victories for Northern Lebanon athletes, with speedster Joe Vedilago taking the 400 and Marcus Disbrow claiming gold in the disc.
* With a nod to depth, Hempfield won team gold, but had just two individual winners: Tory Long in the 200 and J.D. Aument in the shot put.
* Manheim Central's Cole Proffitt successfully defended his javelin title - and he did so in dominating fashion. Last spring, Proffitt uncorked a throw of 200 feet for the first time in his prep career. On Friday, he put together his first career all-200 series, throwing 204-1, 200-11 and 200-5 in his three finals throws. Proffitt has now won the last two head-to-head competitions against Cocalico's Jhett Janis, including Penn Relays and the league finals. Those two have the best two throws in the state the seasons, and they'll duke it out again in Districts at Ship. Don't miss that.
