COMMONWEALTH

Cedar Cliff 9, CD East 0: Stephen McKee cracked a two-run homer and delivered six solid innings on the hill for the Colts. McKee (2-for-3), Brayden Lackey (2-for-4) and Julian Bury (2-for-3) all weighed in for Cedar Cliff, jumping ahead 5-0 through three complete. Brandyn Smith (2-for-4) brought some lumber, too, striking a solo shot to help push McKee (seven strikeouts) to the win.

Carlisle 5, Chambersburg 2: The Trojans actually notched a 5-all deadlock in the top of the sixth before mother nature intervened. The deluge forced officials to call the action after five complete, when the Herd owned a three-run lead. Colton Brehm (2-for-3) and J.J. Robinson's RBI hit fueled Carlisle, which also used five strikeouts by winning pitcher Jordan Neff to claim the win.

CCAC

Harrisburg Christian 6, Mount Calvary 3: David Yeckley steered the Knights, running up two hits, two stolen bases and scoring a pair of runs. Cal Sanelli chipped in two hits, and Connor Shroyer two RBIs, to bank Yeckley's complete-game win.

Lancaster Co. Christian 10, Bible Baptist 0: Zach Brubaker and Kyle Ebersole each ripped two-run homers for LCC, which rallied for four runs in both the first and third innings.

OTHERS

Trinity 8, Boiling Springs 0: Pitcher Ryan Grady put his best foot forward against the Bubblers. Grady fired a one-hit shutout and watched teammate Mick Lazzera post a couple of hits and roll around for two runs. Two Boiling Springs pitchers, including starter Josh McCoy, suffered behind four errors.

Williams Valley 1, Schuylkill Haven 0: All it took for the Vikings to outshine host Schuylkill Valley was Owen Daniel's fourth-inning home run. Daniel and Cody Miller shared four hits while Williams pitcher Brandon Miller fanned six in the tight win.

LANCASTER-LEBANON

McCaskey 6, Lebanon 0: Miguel Torres paced host McCaskey, belting a fifth-inning home during his 3-for-3 performance. Torres added two runs and two RBIs, aiding a fine outing by ace James Hartman. The latter struck out 14 before the rain hit, wrapping a one-hit gem on 95 pitches. Aaron Taylor added two hits and two runs to down the Cedars. Wes Dissinger's single accounted for Lebanon's lone highlight.

Northern 15, Columbia 0: Three Vikings went deep and Zane Merkel fired up three innings of one-hit baseball. Darrin Shirk, Ryan Killiher and Nick Renhardt all slammed round-trippers to lead Northern Lebanon's 12-hit attack. Merkel collected five strikeouts in the three-inning decision.

Elco 17, Annville-Cleona 7: The Raiders produced a whopping 18 hits, including home runs by John Gettle and Austin Lawrence. Chris Kreider banked the win behind five strikeouts and two walks.
